Design & Planning

Our full design and planning service includes all elevation existing and proposed, no additional cost for revisions or re-submission, we complete the design to your liking and satisfaction within 3 weeks, but please note that the Council Planning Department can take up to 8 weeks to formally approve your application.

Building Regulation Approval

Once planning has been approved, we will prepare detailed drawings for Building Regulation Approval, we will advise you of any additional cost before hand including fees for Utility Service and Structural Engineer Calculation if appropriate.
